Here are a few things to try first to fix choppy or poor quality audio or video:
- Shut down other programs that you have running on your computer.
- Sit closer to the Wifi router in case it's an issue with a spotty Wifi connection
- If other family members are watching videos and/or playing games on the same Wifi connection, ask them if they can take a break while you do the Unify Challenge. This might help if you have a slower internet connection.
If none of these above suggestions help, try the following:
- Restart your computer, and then rejoin the Unify Challenge from the link in your email.
Last resort solutions:
- Turn off your video, and just do the Challenge with your partner over audio. This may help with slower internet connections or older computers.
